Mark M. Anderson

Mark Anderson is a partner at OKGC and has been with the firm since 1995. Mark focuses his practice on real estate, corporate matters, and commercial transactions.

Mark represents closely held family businesses and business owners in the Chicago area. His work encompasses a number of different areas, including establishing limited liability companies and corporations, preparing buy/sell agreements, preparing employment contracts, working to obtain commercial loans, and purchasing and selling businesses. Mark also represents both The PrivateBank and BMO Harris Bank in preparing loan documents and closing commercial loans with their clients in the Chicago area.

Mark is a leader in the community and has served on numerous boards in the Chicago area. He spent twenty years on a fundraising committee to raise money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. He served eight years on the Board of Directors of the Josselyn Center, a community mental health organization based in Northfield, Illinois. He has also served as President of the Josselyn Center Board of Directors. For the past twenty years, Mark has served as the Co-Chair of the Josselyn Center Golf Outing that is held each year at Pine Meadow Golf Club in Mundelein, Illinois.
